We are unable to process orders for countries outside of the UK via our website. If you are from outside of the UK please complete the form below and we will get in touch with all the information you need to place an order.
It has come to our attention that some of our export customers are using postal hotels to forward their orders in order to avoid additional carriage and packing charges. Please note that this will invalidate our guarantee and we will not be liable for any failures in plant survival or delivery. This is due to the uncertainty in delivery time and the non-compliance with plant health requirements which could see the parcel destroyed at point of entry. We also add additional packaging for parcels knowingly sent out of the UK to protect from the colder temperatures seen in aeroplane holds.
Orders for despatch to countries within the E.U
Due to uncertainty of how we will be placed regarding the exporting of live plants when we leave the European Union in March 2019, we are unable to accept any orders for plants from our customers from Eire and Europe for the 2019 season. We may be able to revise this at a later date, when things become clearer. In the meantime, we are still offering Dahlia Tubers to customers, for delivery from December to February.
The cost of Carriage and Packing will be £15 for a limit of 12 tubers per parcel.
Please complete the enquiry form below with the varieties you are interested in, and we will get back in touch. (We aim to do this within 3 working days but at busy times this may be slightly longer)
Orders for despatch to countries outside the E.U
If you would like to receive our 2018 export list please send you details via the enquiry form below
To countries outside of the European Union we are only able to send Dahlia Tubers. Orders for export outside the EU require a phytosanitary certificate and as such we have to apply an £40 administration fee per order. Due to the stringent cleaning process to allow export, over and above that required by our E.U customers we have had no option but to add a £2 surcharge on all tuber prices for export outside UK and EU.
Some countries also require an import permit, you can check with your department of Agriculture or Plant Health to see if this is necessary.
If you are interested in placing an order please fill out the enquiry form below and we will get back in touch. (We aim to do this within 3 working days but at busy times this may be slightly longer)
